Testo di Out West

In the first warmth of springtime, when soft winds blow When there's ice in the harbour, that's when I will go I won't miss the smell of melting snow I'll be bound for a new life out west Out West. Out West, I'll be bound for a new life Out West In the soft mists of summer, when caplin roll And the lilacs are blooming, I'll be far from home I won't miss the beach fires, or sunset's glow I'll be starting a new life out west Out West, Out West, I'll be starting a new life Out West When the hillsides are golden, and richest red And the berries have ripened, I'll be way out west I won't shed a tear for the love I left I will find me another out west Out West, Out West I will find me another out west
