I'm beginning to fear, I've made a mistake, That I've already burned out and it's already too late. For what I want and what the world demands, They don't seem to fit and it's out of my hands. Maybe I'm just lonely, maybe I'm just tired. Maybe it's been too long since I've been inspired. But I don't think that's it, I think I understand, The world just doesn't need another fucking indie band. Another talentless drone, just cos you play guitar, That doesn't make your thoughts any more worth listening to Than any other fuckers are. I guess the irony is, that this song exists, But just like everyone else, I'm a hypocrite. Well if you want an excuse, what it boils down to, I honestly wouldn't know what else to do.
