Songtext von King of Bands

When I grew up I know that something was wrong. I saw the conflicts and I refused to conform. Be just like the others a Mr nine to five. But I had feelings that I would never hide. Through the music I found the way. Through Ian´s voice, I saw the brand new day. Refr: Skrewdriver - The king of bands! Skrewdriver - We raise our hands! Ready to rock to free our lands! I don`t know if we realise, what Ian Stuart meant to us. He put us together, all our nations borders he crossed. Ian Stuarts voice will never, ever die. His spirit lives on among the skinheads crowds. His work will be revarded in the hall of the gods. And he will always be the father of the new breed rock.
