Songtext von Mad Summer

Hot in the streets, everyone's on the beach In the summertime I walk alone in the shadows where no one can see I picked up the phone, I tried to call you Nobody's home, but still I'm calling You shoot, you don't miss You sting with your kiss And I've never felt like this It's a mad, mad summer Falling for you Such a mad, mad summer So what can I do? I feel my heartbeat running Like never before Yeah it's a mad, mad summer A mad summer for sure The city is packed and the air is so heavy and filled with dust the Summer is warm and my heart is about to go wild You drive me insane, what you doin'? Ain't got no shame, to make me do this You shoot from the hip, one kiss from your lips I feel I'm losing my grip It's a mad, mad summer Falling for you Such a mad, mad summer So what can I do? I feel my heartbeat running Like never before Yeah it's a mad, mad summer A mad summer for sure I picked up the phone, I tried to call you Nobody's home, but still I'm calling You shoot, you don't miss You sting with your kiss And I've never felt like this It's a mad, mad summer Falling for you Such a mad, mad summer So what can I do? I feel my heartbeat running Like never before Yeah it's a mad, mad summer A mad summer for sure
