Songtext von came to the party for you (demo)

Throw my clothes on the closet floor Can't find what I'm looking for Take off all my makeup and start over Walking in with all my friends like: Oh my God here we go again I'll be the only one who's staying sober I can't move across the crowded room Wish I could enjoy the party But I'm looking for somebody I walk by games and drunken lovers Ask my name and for my number, I refuse I just came to the party for you Came to the party for you Tapped a stranger on the shoulder He looked like you but he was older Told me I lookеd too young to get him And Sophie found me wandеring She asked my how my night has been I told her I can’t wait till it’s all over I thought I saw you across the crowded room Wish I could enjoy the party But I'm looking for somebody I walk by games and drunken lovers Ask my name and for my number, I refuse I just came to the party for you Came to the party for you I came to the party for you I wish I was leaving with you 'Cause I came to the party for you
