Songtext von A Pod Is Waiting

Old man, sitting there He's so fine, in his chair. Watching him grow his hair It's so long, he doesn't care. He just keeps waiting for the day When mother earth takes him away. He just keeps waiting for the day A pod is waiting for him, A pod is waiting for him. Old woman, lying there With blue die in her hair. Sweet smell of love endured, It's so strong, it's in the air. She just keeps waiting for the day When father time takes her away. She just keeps waiting for the day A pod is waiting for her, A pod is waiting for her, A pod is waiting for her, A pod is waiting for her. Old folks, there you go. There's something that they know. Count down the days ahead, Or have fun and stay in bed. The just keep waiting for the day When pearly gates show them the way. They just keep waiting for the day A pod is waiting for them, A pod is waiting for them, A pod is waiting for them, A pod is waiting for them! When your time has come it's come. What you've done is all you've done. Now it's gone, yes it's gone. When your time has come it's come. What you've done is all you've done.
