Songtext von Sinking Sand

I see you run Run as fast you can now It's getting harder and you're outta time 'Cause you know I've been gasping for air I'm weak at the knees and we both know why Oh don't wait or you will be the first to go So leave me here behind And sinking sand keeps pulling me in too deep It might be best for you to pass me by I'd safely bet to wait for your company So don't you save me now, no not this time So hold me down 'Cause the water is rising It's getting harder now to turn the tide I can scream From the top of my lungs I can scream for safety nets and good advice Oh don't wait or you will be the last to know So please leave me here behind
